UK Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order by first class post or parcel service within 5 days of receipt. Any delays will be notified to you by email. (UK Only)
Back Orders We endeavour to keep stock levels on the site up to date, so all items are available for immediate despatch unless "Out of Stock" is displayed. But sometimes we do get it wrong! But we will try and let you know if an item you have ordered is out of stock within 8 hours.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We use PROTX credit card authorisers, who hold a fraud screening program. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in legible text on any web site. Returns We will happily refund goods that are damaged in transit, you must email, or phone us within 3 days of receipt of order, you will then be given a unique reference number so we may refund you on receipt of the returned goods, also for any postal charges incurred.
If you are merely returning because you no longer require an item, it is your responsibility to return goods undamaged and unopened, also any postal charges to be paid by you.

Some items colours may differ slightly to those shown on the website, purely because of the editing programs we use, but are a true resemblance and in most cases colours are much better in the actual.
